Welcome to the United Nations | Department of Economic and Social Affairs

If you are not able to attend the next IGF in Nairobi, Kenya, you can follow it remotely! Remote participation, and specifically the hubs structure, has been successful in previous IGF’s in partnership with the Remote Participation Working Group (RPWG) . This time again you can follow the discussions from home; watch the webcast of the event; follow real-time closed captioning ; and participate live. Or you can also expand the discussions and organize an IGF hub in your city!

Remote participants/hubs will be able to interact with the meeting by sending text questions and/or video/audio interventions using the remote participation platform (Webex). These questions will be forwarded to the panel moderator when he/she opens the floor for questions from the audience.

For more details on how to organize a Hub and/or register your hub check the hubs instructions.

The links to access each meeting room will be provided before the IGF.

Remote participants/hubs should take a look at the IGF schedule (available soon) to see the room and the time of the sessions they would like to follow.
