Between 14-31 October, 2008, the MAG discussed the names of the potential
moderators for the main sessions and Open Dialogue sessions. The discussions also related to the ways and means of ensuring an active participation of the audience and how to organize the various sessions with the support of MAG members.

 
With regard to the logistics, the discussions focused on concerns related to the timely issuing of visas.
