R. Chandershekhar

Mr. R. Chandershekhar is Special Secretary in the Department of Technology - he has been responsible for drawing up national policy, strategy and action plan for E-Governance and for co-ordination of national plans and programmes for Electronic Governance. He is a key driver of National e Governance Plan of Govt. of India (NeGP).
