She holds a Diploma in Diplomacy and IT with Mediterranean Academy of Diplomatic Studies of Malta. Veronica worked in Liberia (West Africa), Turkey and for 2 years in Nepal as international expert/consultant with the Education Support Program of the Open Society Foundations from New York.  
Veronica also brings in the experience as At Large Advisory Committee Member for South-Eastern Europe with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbering (ICANN), USA during May 2007-May 2008. Veronica participated in ICANN meetings in Puerto-Rico, Los-Angeles and New Delhi. During 2005-2008, Veronica was a member of the project team on “Internet Governance Capacity Building Program” with DiploFoundation from Malta. Veronica participated in first IGF in Athens on behalf of Diplo with 2 presentations.    
She acted as an Internet Governance Forum Ambassador with Internet Society (ISOC) in Rio de Janeiro, and participated in several regional initiatives related to Internet Governance and co-facilitated a workshop with Robert Guerra from Canada.
Veronica participated remotely in all the IGFs that followed after Rio!
Veronica acted as a local coordinator for Moldova for EuroDIG 2010 and organized a remote hub together with Council of Europe. In 2010 and 2011 Veronica supported the Ministry of Information and Communications from Moldova with an introductory workshop on Internet Governance for public officials from several public institutions in Moldova. She has also facilitated a remote workshop on EuroDIG 2011 – on personal data protection in partnership with DiploFoundation, Malta. Veronica elaborated the concept of Open Government Data Community of Practice which is now under review by the World Bank Moldova and other stakeholders.
Veronica acted as national facilitator for TechCamp Moldova 2011 (Secretary Clinton’s Civil Society (CS) 2.0 initiative) and worked closely with US Department of State team for this event.  
Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to: Internet Governance, ICT for Development, Organizational Development, Curriculum Development, Critical Thinking Methodology (Training, Curriculum, Assessment), etc.
