Baku, Azerbaijan - Head of Department for International Relations and Cooperation with NGOs, Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies

Mr. Bayramov is a Harvard-trained specialist and currently serves as the head of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation with Non-Governmental Institutions of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies. Before working at the Ministry as a specialist on International Economic Relations, he held numerous positions with the Azerbaijan State Economic University. Prior to that, he worked at a number of leading companies as a marketing director. Coordinating all of the ITU issues at the Ministry, Mr. Bayramov has played a tremendous role in Azerbaijan's active participation on the Tunisia phase of WSIS.
