Biography:
Jeroen Verspeek is head of the Audience Research Department of NPO (Netherlands Public Broadcasting). He is responsible for the research tools at the public service media organisation and is consultant of the Board of Directors and management on strategy on audience behaviour and media developments. He previously was senior consultant strategy and senior consultant marketing at NPO and worked for telecom operator KPN as an communications consultant. He started his career at NPO as an audience researcher and was involved with the set up of an Internet survey and the introduction of the Performance Card. Jeroen studied business economics at the University of Tilburg and communications sciences at the Radboud University Nijmegen.
