Biography: Andrea Glorioso is a policy officer in the Directorate-General Information Society and Media of the
European Commission. His main areas of work include the analysis and development of policies related
to Internet Governance, network and information security, privacy/data protection. Andrea has worked
extensively for the ICT industry in both technical and project management roles. He has also been a
researcher at the NEXA Research Center for Internet and Society of the Politecnico of Torino (Italy).
