Biography: Paul Vixie is the president of Internet Systems Consortium, home of the
BIND DNS software and also the f-root DNS server, and is the author or
coauthor of many IETF RFC documents. He also serves as chairman of ARIN's
(American Registry for Internet Numbers) board of trustees. Vixie is based
in Redwood City, California and can be reached at vixie@isc.org
