Biography: Cynthia Wong is an attorney with the Center for Democracy & Technology. Cynthia leads CDT's global Internet freedom and human rights work. Prior to joining CDT, Cynthia was the Robert L. Bernstein International Human Rights Fellow at Human Rights in China (HRIC), where she contributed to HRIC's work in the areas of business and human rights and freedom of expression online. Cynthia earned her J.D. at New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
