Biography: Dr. Andre Estevao Ubaldino Pereira is State Prosecutor at the Court of Justice in Minas Gerais, Brazil, and Federal Senate Adviser on Child Sexual Abuse Special Inquiry Committee. He holds a Master and PhD degrees in Law and Criminal Justice System from Minas Gerais Federal University, where he became a part-time Law Professor in 1995.
