Biography: Olga Cavalli is a university professor and a member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group for the Internet Governance Forum. She was the Argentina representative in the WSIS Second Phase held in Tunis. Ms. Cavalli is the coordinator of the Internet Governance Working Group of the Latin American Information Society Plan of Action eLAC 2010. She is the Secretary of the ISOC Argentina Chapter ISOC-AR, she is also Vice Chair of the GNSO of ICANN. Olga is the Director of the South School on Internet Governance , this activity was organized in Buenos Aires (2009) and in Sao Paulo (2010), and will take place in México in 2011. She has published several papers and book chapters about Internet and development in Latin America. In the private sector she has worked with companies and NGOs from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Venezuela, USA, Canada, Spain and Germany. Ms Cavalli holds a PhD in Business Administration. Graduated as Electronic and Electric Engineer, she has also completed her background with and MBA and a Masters Degree in Telecommunication Regulation. She is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and Portuguese and lives in Buenos Aires.
