Mr. Qusai Al-Shatti represented Kuwait at the WSIS process from 2002 until 2005 as part of the civil society. He has been a consultant to several stakeholders in the Arab World on issues of Internet governance. Mr. Qusai AlShatti also was involved in organizing the management of the Kuwait ccTLD and establishing regulatory procedures.
