A remote participation hub project is being prepared by a group of volunteers: http://www.igfremote.com.

The project is based on the use of regional hubs from where participants will be able to interact with the IGF main sessions of the Hyderabad meeting. The list of hubs who have registered is available below. Interested institutions who would like to set up a hub are invited to get in touch with the IGF Secretariat (igfatunog.ch).

The projects makes use of DimDim software, which is partly developed in Hyderabad. The project team will provide training and organize tests before the meeting. The project will also provide a live chat facility for the main sessions and workshops. Remote participants are encouraged to register in advance, so that their names will appear on the list of participants.
