• How would you define the issue “Connecting the Next Billion”?
  Connecting the next billion is not only about connecting those who are not yet connected but also those who are under connected. It is not only about ensuring that all citizens have access to voice via mobile but also that everyone have access to Broadband. This is a tall order as there are many areas where people do not even have access to voice services. Also access needs to be affordable and easily available to all and not just available when you climb a mountain. This means putting in place not only the right infrastructure, but also adopting the correct regulations
