Muataz Elsadig is a Head of Monitoring & Response Sudan CERT, drawing on more than 7 years of information security experience. With a background in system administration, Network and Database administration, he works as System Analyst for National Telecom. Corporation (NTC). His research focuses on incident handling and response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, email and web content security, and virtualization security.

Mr. Wanawit Ahkuputra, Thai nationality, has a diverse work background both institutional and geographical. He has extensively experiences in private and public sectors within local and international organizations. Currently, he has been working at the Electronic Transactions Development Agency and serving as Deputy Executive Director since July 2012. He is responsibility for not only to promote and networking with the national key stakeholders but also the key players in the international forum. Currently, he takes important roles in international organizations both regional and global levels such as serving as Thailand government advisory committee representative in International Cooperation for Assigned Name and Number, head of delegate in UN/CEFACT, chair of AFACT, vice chair of Asia PKI Consortium, and recently chair of e-commerce working group under Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership.

Mr. Tran Van Son work in Ministry of Finance of Vietnam since 1995. With 20 year experiences in Ministry of Finance, Mr. Tran Van Son work as Finance Policy maker and in 2007 he nominated as member of the Policy Advisory Group of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam and has served as Deputy Director General of International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Finance since December 2013. Mr. Son and his group advise the Ministry of Finance to reform financial policy to support the development of social security in which focused on social insurance policy and health insurance policy. 

Since May 201, Mr. Son nominated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam as the Counsellor at Permanent Mission of Vietnam in charge or tax and custom on WTO and UNCTAD.  

Mr. Son gained Master Degree in Public Policy and Administration at the School of Public Policy and Administration at the Carleton University - Ottawa Canada since 2002 and has been work as deputy division chief at the Public expenditures and Administration in charge of formulate financial policy to support for development of health insurance and social insurance since 2004. 

 

Mr. Iliya Bazlyankov holds various positions at UNICART and Bulgarian Domain Registry Association.

His experience in the IT field and Internet industry dates since 2007, when he created the project for the first Bulgarian Cyrillic domain ".бг". Since then, Iliya is working in various technical and policy projects, mostly related to the Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs), domain registry technologies, WHOIS improvements, and also Internet governance issues like internationalization of the Internet, equal access, net neutrality and capacity building in Bulgaria.

Iliya is the main organizer of “Domain Forum”, the first of its kind event in the Balkans region, entirely related to the domain industry. In line with this Forum, Iliya organized the first IGF-like event in Bulgaria in 2012.  He was the local host of the 14th ICANN-Studienkreis in Bulgaria. Iliya was representing the local host for several meetings: Bulgarian Internet, the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG) on and the European dialogue on Internet governance (EuroDIG).

As a speaker, he attended many events like: Domeniny, Domaining Europe, Internet Days, ICANN-Studienkreis, including the Regional Internet Forum in Belgrade, Russian national IGF and many others. 

 

Salanieta Tamanikaiwaimaro is the Founder and Executive Director of Pasifika Nexus. She is also the President of the South Pacific Computer Society and a member of the Executive Council of the South East Asia Computer Confederation (SEARCC).   She is an Attorney at Law and is admitted to the High Court of Fiji. She is a member of two organisations (SPaCS) and PICISOC that are accredited At Large Structures within ICANN. She is the World Summit Award (WSA) Mobile Expert for the following Pacific states Fiji, Kiribati, Nauru, Marshall Islands, Palau, Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Federated States of Micronesia, Solomon Islands. She is on the Advisory Council of BrightPath Foundation.

She previously served on ICANN's At Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) and was co-coordinator of the Civil Internet Governance Caucus (IGC). She was also the inaugural chair of the Fiji Cyber Security Working Group and now serves in advisory capacity when called upon. She resides in Suva, Fiji.
