The invited Speakers include three womanand represent four continents.

The session will have three parts: In the first part there will be a General Evaluation how the global Internet Governaance debate has evolved since 2014. In the second part there will be review how the 8 principles, adopted in the Sao Paulo declaration and the roadmap, has been implemeented. In te third part we will discuss options for a broader review NetMundial+5 conference in connnection with the IGF 2019 in Berlin/Germany.

The plan is to reserve a lot of time for Q&A

The Multistakeholder NetMundial conference was one of the main meetings to promote Internet Governance and to strengthen the disucssions on issues relvant for the IGF. It helped, inter alia, to finalize the IANA transition and to quaify the discussion on Internet Governance principles. The Workshop will look into the follow up of the 2014 Netmundial Conference and how the Declaration of Principles and the Sao Paulo Roadmap have been implemented since ist adoption in 2014.
