Youth IGFs exist in many parts of the world! They emerged organically and are organised by youth for youth! They are multistakeholder, open and transparent, inclusive and non-commercial when discussing the bottom-up priorities on Internet governance from their respected communities.

There are also a number of youth-focused capacity development initiatives.

In the coming newsletter editions, we are presenting you some of these!

IGF 2021 host country: Poland  

Hi there YIGF Community! ‎



As you know Poland will host 2021 edition of the Internet Governance Forum. Needless to say, we are ‎much looking forward to see you in Katowice! ‎

But in the meantime we hope for good pre-discussions, so we can work together on designing the best ‎YIGF 2021 agenda.‎

Only now we are full of ideas for joint actions including thematic webinars, “My Internet of the Future” ‎international competition (to be launched @ the beginning of the next year) and last but not least the ‎exciting 48-hour long Game Jam Competition!, to be launched on 6th November, during IGF 2020 online ‎edition. Participants from all over the world will compete to create the most unique and entertaining ‎game.‎                                  ‎
