Mr. Segun Olugbile is CEO of Continental Project Affairs Associates (CPAA), a thriving SME in Nigeria. He is member of the Africa Information and Communication Technologies Alliance (AfICTA). He has been following the global Internet Governance discussion over time. He is actively involved in the Nigerian Internet Governance Forum as member of the Steering Committee. He has also been actively involved at the high level in crafting the Nigerian Cybersecurity Policy and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) framework which culminated recently in a public presentation of the draft policy.
