The membership of Multistakeholder Advisory Group has been renewed. A press release has been issued and is available for viewing.
Call for Workshop Proposals
To submit a fully fledged proposal, an online workshop proposal submission was made available . You will need to first register or login to submit a proposal. All entities that had not organised a workshop at the 2011 and 2012 IGF meeting could submit workshop proposals . Selected workshop proponents were able to edit and add more information to their preliminary workshop proposals, using their existing username and password. The deadline for submitting the complete proposals has passed. Workshop organizers will not be able to edit their proposals until the final evaluation of the proposals.Read more
Preliminary Call for Workshop Proposals
As a result of the MAG recommendations given in its 1 March meeting,the IGF Secretariat issued a preliminary call for workshop proposals. The deadline has now passed and the preliminary call for workshop proposals is closed. Read more..
In order for a preliminary workshop proposal to be considered by the MAG it has to be published.
IGF Open Consultations and MAG meeting- May 2013
The second Open Consultations and MAG meeting was held from 21 to 23 May 2013 at the European Broadcasting Union, Geneva, Switzerland.
Practical Information: On 21 May lunch will not be served at the EBU premises, the participants need to go outside the premises to have lunch. Further information about restaurants and taxis in proximity of EBU is available.
Internet at EBU: Participants can connect to the Internet via WIFI. In order to make sure that all the participants stay connected, participants are advised to bring a standard Ethernet cable with them to EBU. The Ethernet cable can be connected to the sockets available on all the tables.

Remote Participation - May 2013
Participants will be able to join the IGF Open Consultations and MAG meeting remotely. Live transcription is also available. Instructions on how to join the Open Consultations and MAG meeting is available. IGF Secretariat will stand ready to assist the remote participants with their inquiries and questions. Call for Contributions
The deadline for the stakeholders to submit written contributions taking stock of the Baku 2012 IGF meeting and looking forward - suggestions on themes and format, for the IGF 2013 meeting has passed.
A draft synthesis paper reflecting all inputs received by the Secretariat is available. This paper acted as an input to the February 2013 consultations.
The contributions that have been received are available here for viewing.
Stakeholders were also able to leave a message containing their suggestions on the main themes and sub themes on IGF discussion board.
