IGF gives equal priority to onsite and online participants wishing to speak on the floor by requiring all participants - onsite and online - to use IGF’s inclusive Floor Request system to be placed in a queue, in the order received.
How to add yourself to the Speaking Queue:
The speaking queue for each room is available publicly, so you can see how many people are in the queue ahead of you. The links to speaking queues for all available rooms are displayed in the table below, in the right hand column.

To ask for the floor, click the Hand Up button.
You will not be able to make a new request until your intervention is over.
How to remove yourself from the Speaking Queue:
If you change your mind about wanting to speak, or see someone else in the queue you want to hear from before you speak, you can delete yourself from the queue.
