Expected Outcomes

I will consider the Outputs of 30 participants in minimum to attend 3 sessions to make a quilt referencing (Documentation)
The number of of ideas needed will be limited on the basis of priorities. the outcomes will be the changes caused due to the project and its priorities. Outcome indicators will be measurable by the key performance indicators. I will to be open to outcomes and outputs of non expectation and where possible i will allow for learning and creative enquiry beyond the aims and objectives. I will then need to Check with the IGF if they often have their own outcomes, aims and objectives IGF want for the project. I must then develop a follow up plan – to find how it went. Also a questionnaire at the end is vital. For future contacts – should people to the organisation’s intranet, or will use email and newsletters to keep them informed?

The practical logistics here involve availability of visual aids, technology like webinair, teleconferencing, I will use what we were currently using and what we needed to use. I will Choose the right media and message as well as telling them about our success stories, any awards. The plan that included As and Os overview, the target audience and message and promotional material. For the youth I will have to include social marketing networks like sms campaign, peer-to-peer communications. I have to use a lot of infographic and slides presentations as well as a short video
