Description

The Swedish International Development Agency, Sida, invites the IGF community to feed into the development of Stockholm Internet Forum 2021 (SIF21). SIF  is a platform for advancing a free, open and secure Internet as a driver of development for decreasing poverty and increasing freedom from oppression. SIF21 will be held online in May 2021 and centre around how to protect and defend a free, open and secure internet in the shifting landscape of the pandemic.

What are the most pressing issues you see coming? How do we mobilise in response to them? How do we create an online SIF space that is safe, secure and enables meaningful participation and exchange? We are keen to hear your ideas!

The session is organised and hosted by:

  • Anna Karefelt, Senior Policy Specialist, Freedom of Expression/ICT, Sida
