Brahim Ousmane Mustapha works at General Office of National Budget and Finances, Republic of Chad since 2011. He has been Deputy Focal Point of AFRINIC regional registry of the Ministry of Finance Budget, coordinator of the IPV6 Task Force in Chad Since 2008; General Secretary at Executive Secretariat IGF Chad, one of the initiators of national IGF. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Project Management and Development in the field of ICT.
He currently works as Head of Support and Data Exploitation and Responsible of Digitalization Service of National Observatory of Public Finances.
He is fluent in French and Arabic and intermediate in English.
