IGF MAG Statement: Ensuring a Multistakeholder Approach to the Global Digital Compact In his 2021 report, ‘Our Common Agenda’, the UN Secretary-General proposed the development of a Global Digital Compact to help address the challenges of global digital cooperation. In this statement, the 2022 MAG echoes the Secretary-General’s call for a multistakeholder approach to developing the compact, and highlights a number of strategies and opportunities to facilitate input from all stakeholders.
