Jared P. Quinn is a Senior Cybersecurity Lead with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), currently serving on assignment to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) as Director of the Intelligence Community Security Coordination Center (IC SCC). For over a decade, he has led national-level cybersecurity policy and enterprise risk programs across the United States Government, including service as the Senior Enterprise Cybersecurity Representative to the Intelligence Community, Enterprise Cybersecurity Incident Response Commander, and Senior Cybersecurity Lead for the Cyber Action Team (CAT) at the FBI, the federal government’s investigative authority for cyberattacks and intrusions. Mr. Quinn brings an operational and governance perspective to multistakeholder security challenges, with a long history of supporting high-impact initiatives including the National Security Council’s Cyber Response Group at the White House and the U.S. Federal CIO and CISO Council. As an award-recognized communicator and security researcher with extensive experience briefing executives and technical audiences, Mr. Quinn is honored to support the 2026 MAG.
