ALVIN M. N AVARRO facilitates policy development and the mission delivery of the Philippine DICT’s three 3 bureaus in charge of ICT literacy and competency development, industry development and government digital transformation.
Educated at the University of the Philippines, he has close to seventeen years governance experience having held planning policy research, and operations positions in housing, finance, environment, justice, and intellectual property sectors. He also has eleven years of involvement with the private sector as legal adviser to IT start-ups and enterprises.
