Alan Ramírez García is a Peruvian telecommunication/ICT public policy expert and an Ethics/Engineering lecturer (at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru).
His main government and academic experience involve broadband development policies, the efficient use of radio spectrum, public interventions in Telecommunications, Meaningful Internet access in remote areas and rural settlements, community networks, among others.
Telecommunication Engineer from the Technical University of Catalonia - BarcelonaTech, Spain, Alan also holds two master's degrees: in Telecommunication Engineering and in Government and Public Policy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
