The IGF is actively engaged with and acts as a reference point on digital policy for UN System bodies in several ways.
The IGF has been closely interlinked with, and recognized as an important multistakeholder platform within, major recent UN initiatives addressing digital governance and strengthening global digital cooperation, including the Global Digital Compact, the UN Secretary-General’s Our Common Agenda report, and the Roadmap for Digital Cooperation.
