Mr. Liu Zhenmin

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres has appointed Mr. Liu Zhenmin of China as the Under-Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs effective 26 July 2017. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Liu was Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of China since 2013.  Among his various diplomatic assignments, he served as Ambassador and Permanent Representative, Permanent Mission of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations Office at Geneva and Other International Organizations in Switzerland (2011-2013).

Mr. Marcin Krupa

He was born in Katowice and lives there. He is married and has two children. A graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, Faculty of Transport. In 2005 he defended Ph. D. thesis on construction and exploitation of machines and then worked as an adjunct at the same university. He also did a postgraduate course on organization management.

Mr. Krzysztof Szubert

Senior-level executive with over 25 years of experience. Polish entrepreneur, investor and strategic advisor. Experienced as CEO of private companies and as a Secretary of State and a Government Plenipotentiary in national public administration.

Mr. Ralph Mupita

Ralph Mupita is the President and CEO of MTN Group, a position he has held since the 1st September 2020, having recently served as the MTN Group’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2017. Prior to joining MTN, Ralph served as the Chief Executive Officer for Old Mutual Emerging Markets, providing financial service solutions to individuals and corporates across 19 countries in Africa, Latin America, and Asia. Under his leadership, the Insurance Group’s Emerging Market business serviced over 19 million customers and had R1 trillion of assets under management.

Moderator: Ms. Agata Konarska

Agata Konarska (born on April 14, 1973 in Warsaw) is a Polish journalist and television presenter.  She is the daughter of a diplomat - Włodzimierz Konarski. As a child she lived in France, Netherlands, Sweden and Austria.   She holds degrees in cybernetics and foreign trade from the University of Vienna and a postgraduate degree in economics from the Paris School of Economics. 

Since 1995 she has been associated with Polish Public Television. She hosted the show to celebrate Poland joining the European Union and numerous other Polish & international shows.
