The host country organizing committee and IGF Secretariat welcome suggestions for speakers and participants for the Opening Ceremony, High-Level Leaders Meeting and the parliamentarians track. In particular, we are looking for speakers and participants from the following groups:

• Heads of national Internet regulatory authorities
• High-level leaders of government and non-government entities
• Heads of parliaments and leaders of the parliamentary groups on digital matters
