    Description
In a world where digital transformation and the climate crisis are reshaping societies, it is crucial to explore the connections between digital rights and climate justice. Yet, these two movements often operate in silos, despite their shared goal: ensuring a just and sustainable future for all. This session will bring together experts and activists from both fields to share their experiences, highlight challenges, and discuss strategies for building stronger links between digital rights and climate justice. We will explore how digital technologies can be leveraged for climate action and how climate activism must incorporate ethical and inclusive digital practices. Through an interactive discussion, we aim to: Foster collaborative spaces within communities to drive meaningful action. Encourage self-reflection and accountability in advocacy and policymaking. Develop concrete solutions and synergies between digital rights and climate movements.

Interactions from onsite and online speakers will be facilitated by the onsite and online moderators, respectively. Equal speaking opportunities will be made available to both online and onsite attendees. The onsite moderator will periodically check in with the online moderator to address any interactions raised by the online participants. Online participants are encouraged to contribute to the discussions using the online chat as well.
