Ms. Liisa-Ly Pakosta

Liisa-Ly Pakosta is the Minister of Justice and Digital Affairs of Estonia. With a strong background in history, law, and public service, she has played a key role in shaping Estonia’s digital and legal landscapes. Her previous roles include Member of Parliament, Gender Equality and Equal Treatment Commissioner, and Director General of the Estonian National Heritage Board.

Msgr. Lucio Adrián Ruiz

Msgr. Lucio Adrian Ruiz is an Argentinian priest (1965). He completed his studies at the Major Seminary of Santa Fe, Argentina. He obtained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a License in Fundamental and Dogmatic Theology at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross, in Rome, with a thesis on the Theology of Communication.

Mrs. Natalie Becker Aakervik

Natalie and her husband Mikkel Becker-Aakervik, are co-founders of Thought Leader Global Media and Thought Leader Africa, doing storytelling focussed on positive impact. Natalie has presented television shows on all major South African channels, as well as having presented and produced radio shows across major radio channels in South Africa.

Mr. Bjørn Berge

Mr Bjørn Berge serves as the Council of Europe’s Deputy Secretary General since 1 March 2021.

As the Deputy Secretary General he is involved in a number of key areas of the work of the Organisation, including advising and overseeing the implementation of the Secretary General’s reform agenda, in line with the decisions and priorities of the Committee of Ministers.

Mr. Amandeep Singh Gill

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres announced on 10 June 2022 the appointment of Amandeep Singh Gill of India as his Envoy on Technology. The Secretary-General wishes to extend his appreciation and gratitude to the Assistant Secretary-General for Policy Coordination and Inter-Agency Affairs, Ms. Maria-Francesca Spatolisano, for her dedication and commitment as Acting Envoy on Technology.

Mr. Thibaut Bruttin

Thibaut Bruttin, 37, has occupied various positions since joining Reporters Without Borders in 2014, and has been acting as deputy director general since 2021. In March, Bruttin acted as interim general manager alongside Elodie Truchon, Director of Resources and Development.

The Minister of Local Government and Regional Development is responsible for housing policy, the Planning and Building Act, local government finances and local administration, ICT Policy and Public Sector Reform, rural and regional policy, the conduct of elections, government employer policy, Sami and minority affairs and national mapping and geodata policy.
