Key challenges and potential human rights implications associated with the implementation of AI technologies in law enforcement investigations will be identified, fostering a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The workshop seeks to generate best practices and recommendations for law enforcement agencies to ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI in investigations while safeguarding human rights. Hybrid Format: To facilitate interaction between onsite and online participants, we will use a robust hybrid platform that enables live video streaming, real-time chat, and interactive features.
