Particular objective, to represent the level of gender diversity in the field of cybersecurity in Ibero-American countries, collecting current data.
The survey will be designed to collect data on the representation of gender diversity at different levels within cybersecurity organizations in Ibero-American countries. Survey questions will focus on areas such as job functions, opportunities, capabilities, leadership positions, and organizational culture. The data analysis used descriptive statistics to summarize the answers and inferential statistics to test hypotheses and draw conclusions about the level of gender diversity in the field, the existence of support programs in STEM, inclusion, results, success stories, and usefulness, among others.
