What will participants gain from attending this session? Participants in this workshop will gain a better understanding of the benefits and risks of using AI in public policy, as well as an overview of the tools and technologies available to help stakeholders get the most out of it. of AI. They will also learn how AI can be used to improve Africa's position in the digital age and how it can help improve public policy issues related to the internet and Africa's position. The workshop will also provide participants with a working knowledge of the key challenges to ensure the success of AI implementation initiatives.

The aim of this workshop is to understand how artificial intelligence can contribute to improving public policy issues relating to the Internet and the position of Africa. We will discuss the following topics: artificial intelligence and its benefits for public policies, the challenges of using artificial intelligence for Africa, the means to make the most of artificial intelligence to improve the questions public policy, and the challenges to be overcome to ensure the success of the initiatives.

Expected Outcomes

The expected results of this workshop will be a better understanding of the benefits and risks of using artificial intelligence in the field of public policy. Participants will also gain a better understanding of how artificial intelligence can be used to improve Africa's position in the world in the digital age and help improve public policy issues relating to the Internet and to Africa's position. Finally, the workshop will enable decision-makers to make more informed and effective decisions in proposing public policies.
These recommendations will be presented at a follow-up event and published in the form of documents and reports.

Hybrid Format: To facilitate interaction between speakers and attendees both on-site and online, we will use the platforms offered by the IGF, but we will also provide other online platforms to encourage and facilitate participation and interaction. in plan B.
